We offer full immersion cleaning of your oriental hand knotted and modern rugs and high quality carpet and upholstery cleaning using our truck mounted cleaning system. As a Woolsafe Approved Service Provider we always use Woolsafe products when cleaning wool and wool rich carpeting as they have been comprehensively tested on wool fibres. By cleaning slowly and carefully we are able to get the best clean possible without risking any damage to the wool fibres. We allow time for cleaning products to work by applying them long before the extraction process thus allowing the maximum cleaning effect without having to use aggressive brushing. Rugs will be cleaned off-site in our rug pit where the fibres can be saturated to assist in the full removal of all soiling. Our process never involves the use of pressure washers or high temperature solutions which could damage or reset the pile. Any fringes will be separately treated to restore them as fully as possible. When fully dried the rug will be returned to you for inspection. We aim to turn around rugs in 10 to 14 days.
